I will start by telling that, since I made my first cast with a flyrod, I have always prefered to fish in freshwater. I simply love sitting at the bank of a river in northern Scandinavia, watching Grayling and Trout feed on the surface.

The marsh surrounding New Orleans, La is considered to be the red fish capital of the world. There are thousands upon thousands of miles of untapped water that red fish and black drum invade year round.

Summertime Baby Tarpon

Summertime in the Florida Keys means less people and more fish, mainly tarpon, baby Tarpon. As the sun rises in the morning, you can see huge schools on tarpon rolling happily along the shallow water flats.

After fishing Andros Island for a lot of years, we decided to try a new Island in the Bahamas. The choice fell on Eleuthera Island. We contacted Vince from C.C Outfitters who helped us with a nice room at Unique Villas in North Palmetto Point.
